SCRIPT-MAP is a database to gather and reveal MS response curve of entire peptide-transition ions. We generated original data and built SCRIPT-MAP, an experimental database of linear MS response curve of global peptide-transition ions in mammalian proteome. The intensity and dynamic range of over 2,647,773 transitions from 121,318 peptides, represent 11,040 gene products, in serial dilution experiment set were evaluated and presented in SCRIPT-MAP.
SCRIPT-MAP provided a useful database for both MS1 and MS2 targeted proteome quantification by presenting quantitative description of global mammalian proteome, rendering quantitative proteomics a more convenient and accurate approach in biological researches.
